Direct the company's financial planning, budgeting, and accounting practices. Oversee banking, accounting, budget, tax and audit activities. Insure financial and accounting system controls and standards. Produce statistical reports for management use. Prepare and manage annual operating budgets, review and approve daily/weekly cash reports and monthly operating statements from division controllers.
