Oversight for all accounting functions including AR, AP, Payroll and Inventory at operating company and affiliated companies. Accounting managers from each company report to this position. Consolidation; intra group reconciliation. Cash flow management and allocation of capital among affiliated companies. Management of internal and external debt and equity financing. Management of banking relationships, including negotiation of covenant and fee structures.
