* Partner with the Chief Executive Officer, President, and other senior leaders of the company as a key participant in developing and implementing the company's strategic plan. * Provide leadership at both the corporate and operating company level in order to establish and implement the business processes, performance measurements, financial controls and business systems necessary to support the growth of the enterprise.
