The Chief Financial Officer will partner with the CEO to achieve aggressive sales and EBITDA growth for this $50 million business. Reporting to an industry-respected President & CEO, the CFO will drive tactical execution of strong metrics-based analytical decision making. The immediate challenge will be to raise the level of sophistication in the company's financial reporting, internal controls and cash management.
