Directs regulatory risk compliance activities for the company, including corporate compliance, Bank Secrecy Act BSA , Anti-Money Laundering AML , Customer Identification Program CIP , Community Reinvestment Act CRA and wealth management as well as affiliate and insider laws and regulations. Leads the development of overall Company policies and strategies governing regulatory compliance, incorporating industry practices, business productivity and cost-effectiveness.
