This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of the personal auto claims operation in a multi-branch claims region. The role will include: planning, staffing, meeting performance objectives and developing a strategic direction for the claims organization. Direct reports will include: Branch Claims Managers, Casualty Managers, Litigation Managers and other senior claims staff.
