Responsible for closely working with the customer during the pre-closing and closing process for construction loans, permanent loans, bridge loans, agented and participated Construction Loans, REIT'S, Lines of Credit, SWAPS, Foreign Exchange (Euros and Pounds), multiple tranche loans. Special emphasis on multi-bank syndicated lines of credit commercial construction loans, acquisition, bridge and interim loans as well as letters of credit, lines of credit and LIHTC financing.
