Provide timely, accurate, expert advice to the business on EHS and other regulatory issues affecting equity investments, portfolio acquisitions, business acquisitions, workouts, leases and commercial lending transactions as well as on a wide variety of environmental, health, and safety issues for business operations.Plan, develop, organize, coordinate, and execute strategies, studies, and projects on EHS and other regulatory issues to minimize liability and drive continuous improvement in performance as it affects business activities.
