The candidate will manage the operations of the department in accordance with the expectations of the Board of directors, external bank regulators (OCC), and external Auditors. A schedule of reviews must be conducted according to plan with a penetration of the portfolio accomplished per Loan Review Policy. The Director must recruit, train and retain a staff of associates qualified to execute the above activities. From its review activities, the staff will make recommendations for the improvement of a business units credit process, and follow up on managements' action plan as required.
