Act as liaison between Finance and other departments, extensive interaction with US Tax Department, Property Management, Fund Accounting and Property Director. Establishes full understanding of all partnership, management agreements, and loan agreements, ensuring full compliance with all loan documentation and that financial statements accurately reflect the terms of such agreement. Work with tax department and tax firms to ensure all tax regulations (eg. UNICAP, 704B, etc.) are recorded appropriately in tax basis financial statements.
