A Credit Manager is responsible for credit management, including the evaluation and determination of credit worthiness for a designated client portfolio. The portfolio will generally consist of multi-family, office, retail, and industrial properties of moderate complexity. The Credit Manager will evaluate and make recomendations of complex financial and risk analyses of the Bank's larger (greater than $25 million) Commercial Term Lending relationships to support management of these credit relationships for originations, seasoned loans, and periodic relationship reviews.
