Provide financial and analytical leadership to the Commercial Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams within Fasson Roll North America, a $1Bn manufacturing division of Avery Dennison. Act as a business partner to the Sales and Marketing Leaders with the view to providing strategic and business guidance and support initiatives to help manage profitable growth. Oversee all divisional financial planning and analysis activities including weekly forecasts and trackers, month-end reporting and analysis, quarter-end forecasts, 3-year strategic plan, and annual operating plan.
