Manage trading activities of various commodities to ensure maximization of company's gross margins. Develop quarterly/yearly tonnage, gross margin and net margin objective for the Idaho commodities group. Manage the Company's merchandising of various feed ingredients and the risk position in these commodities within position limits established by management. Manage the Company's economic exposure to bad debt and maintain credit exposure under limits set by finance.
