The successful candidate will have 10+ years of progressively responsible banking management experience with a lead capacity with accountability for bank's profitability. It is preferable that the incumbent have exposure to community banking philosophy, approach and operation. Additionally this person will have A track record of building a highly profitable and credit-worthy bank operation, as a stand-alone or as part of a larger banking organization.
