Develop & monitor compliance risks & ensure risk mitigation; develop & drive action plans which support strategic growth in conjunction with the Leadership team. Communicate status of implementation compliance processes - support business leaders in improving process areas and compliance culture/environment, including regulatory excellence. Support Risk assessment process including automated tools, survey, and focus groups. Working with Legal & Compliance Global Leadership, develop & implement the Global Compliance Strategy.
