Maintains company and subsidiaries' compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and regulatory requirements, including the recommendation, development, implementation and maintenance of internal accounting manual to ensure proper internal control over the company resources. Periodic review of the functioning of internal controls, generation of timely and accurate reporting of information required for government contracts.
