Responsible for oversight, direction and management of all compliance (anti-predatory) reviews, pre-funding due diligence reviews and all vendors used in support of the SF Quality Control efforts. Oversees the quality control review of the anti-predatory loans samples and pre-funding due diligence reviews. Oversees the creation of processes and controls to support effective identification and communication of loans that are not compliant with federal and state anti-predatory laws and guidelines, as well as our requirements.
