Work with all levels of management to ensure that appropriate supervisory processes and controls are established and documented. Assist management with identifying and resolving compliance issues. Review, analyze, and follow-up on relevant compliance and audit issues as well as compliance metric reports. Oversee management's handling of various compliance issues and provide guidance on decision making where necessary.
