Manage the overall consolidation process and maintain the corporate consolidation system. Oversee the preparation of the consolidation and disclosure schedules to support quarterly reviews and annual audits by external auditors. Responsible for ensuring that all site financial statements comply with US GAAP and Finance Policies and consolidation of foreign entities. Integrate acquired businesses into the corporate consolidation system.
