We are looking for a strong leader who can take charge of high-performing operations and risk management teams in our Construction Mortgage Lending group. We need a leader with flexibility, management experience and outstanding decision-making skills. This role requires direct management over our underwriting/builder risk and compliance areas, as well as our construction loss mitigation/loan workout area. This manager will help drive key components of operations and thus must be able to use quantitative skills to make strategic decisions.
