In addition to consulting and client relationship responsibilities as is typical for a senior-level retirement consultant, the individual will collaborate with the West Region Coordinator, other Regional Leadership members and retirement practitioners on defining, executing and achieving annual revenue, business and practice development goals for the retirement practice Region-wide. Integral to the role is accountability for directing, motivating and developing retirement staff.
