Manage consumer collections, recovery, REO, customer service, and developer relationship functions for the Land/Timeshare portfolio owned by RFD and serviced by TBS. This role consists of understanding collection and bankruptcy laws, being well versed in real estate trends and marketing strategies, possessing strong and effective negotiation skills, understanding the non-performing assets market, following internal policies and procedures as well as FDCPA guidelines, managing and providing guidance to a staff of six, and handling other items, such as tax issues.
