Responsible for subcontracts/associated Purchase Orders (PO) for procurement of complex material, equipment, hardware and services. Provides functional expertise in all phases of subcontract administration to include: develops and follows established purchasing procedures in generating company subcontracts/PO; prepare pre-qualification/pre-bid packages and administers/leads qualification/bid/quote/proposal evaluation and source selection processes; gathers necessary documents to prepare subcontract requests for proposals/quotes and other documentation.
