Financial statements - maintaining the financial records of the Company and preparation of the financial statements. Coordination of annual audit with external auditors. Also responsible for accounting policies adopted by the Company as well as ensuring compliance with the most recent accounting pronouncements. Responsible for implementing and maintaining company-wide policies, processes and controls as they relate to the financial statements.
