Support the Plant Operations team and provide leadership to the timely reporting and consolidation of Operation results and forecasts, the analysis of variations and the determination of countermeasures to eliminate them. Play a key role in cost reduction initiatives and driving results on a on-going basis. Provide Leadership to factory controller in the development and maintenance of internal controls to insure accuracy and predictability of results.
