We seek a Controller with the capability to upgrade professional standards throughout the operations of the YWCA Metro St Louis. An immediate and ongoing objective includes the coordination of resources and reporting standards with Head Start, all programs, facilities and donors. By functioning in a leadership role with direct reports, streamlining of accounting systems across the agency will be realized. Though allocations from the United Way are on solid footing, preparation for and reports required by all donors will benefit from improved data organizing.
