Prepare calendar year budget of external audit fees. Manage SOX pre-approval of non-audit engagements and review with VP, Audit Staff. Collect and analyze quarterly external audit fee data for reporting to Audit Committee. Coordinate and analyze statutory fee data. Work with pole controllers to drive reduced fees.
