Supervises and controls general accounting functions, budget and reimbursement activities, patient accounting, data processing and all statistical information gathering and reporting. Keeps abreast of all regulations and standards (including those pertaining to financial, billing and reporting procedures) to insure compliance with orders or directives issued by duly constituted governmental/regulatory agencies or third-party payors.
