The Controller, who will report to the CFO, will be responsible for managing the Finance team of roughly 6 staff to ensure timely month end closings and management reporting. In addition, the Controller will be preparing for and working with the Companys independent auditors to comply with the SECs 10Q and 10K filing deadlines and Sarbanes-Oxley. Our client needs a strong hands-on Controller who can be a "player-manager.
