For this critical role, as with all roles, we look for people who demonstrate the highest ethical standards, a deep sense of collegiality, as well as a strong desire to create positive change on a big scale and to see their work in finance as directly linked to, and supportive of, the organization's impact and vision. The Controller will manage all non-profit financial accounting of the organization, which has 29 offices worldwide and 45 different budget centers. The Controller will report directly to the CFO.
