Ensures cash receipts and other valuable assets are properly safeguarded, deposited, administered, reconciled and coded. Manages receipting information with other departments as appropriate. Directs all disbursement activity ensuring requests are properly requisitioned, authorized, documented, coded and recorded. Directs the payroll processing function. Coordinates disbursements with department directors and staff as appropriate.
