A multi million dollar industrial hardware company is seeking a experienced Controller with a B.S. in accounting. The position reports to the C.E.O. and the C.O.O. and is located in Marlboro, New Jersey. Responsibilities include consolidated monthly internal financial statements, annual consolidated reviewed financial statements with disclosures for our auditors, mergers and acquisitions, banking, managing other people, strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of taxation, knowledge of GAAP, credit and collection experience, etc.
