Responsible for directing the consolidation of the financial statements, directing the preparation of the business plan/budget, preparing periodic earnings forecasts, and analyzing actual results versus budget variances. Responsible for directing the general accounting function for seven corporations operating in the U.S. and MUST HAVE Prior experience in BIG 4. Develop and review month end, and required weekly reporting. Strong leadership skills.
