Coordinate efforts of outside legal counsel with respect to the development of corporate tax policy and analysis. Implements policy and provides education on analyses developed. Participate in oversight and review of income tax compliance including returns and quarterly estimated payments to ensure consistent with corporate tax policy. Assist with various federal, state, and international planning strategies.
