Responsible for accurate and timely SEC filings, including Form 10-K, Form 10-Qs, Form 8-Ks, and Proxy Statements. Will review documents drafted by other Finance staff members and edit as necessary. Requirements include strong understanding of SEC reporting requirements and US GAAP. The ability to research new US GAAP accounting literature is also required. In addition, need to be able to coordinate reviews of the filings with Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Corp. Controller, Legal Counsel and Audit Committee.
