Manage and oversee all facets of the Accounting function. Ensure financial reports are issued timely and accurately. Prepare management reports on financial results, including but not limited to: variance analysis, trends, ratios. Prepare analysis reports on key balance sheet reserves. Interface with Parent company on reporting requirements and deadlines. Ensure financial reporting and accounting procedures are in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
