Conduct economic, industry/market, and competitive research and analysis in support of the strategic planning process. Assist in the development, tracking, and reporting of strategic initiatives including organic growth initiatives, joint-ventures, operational effectiveness programs, and outsourcing arrangements. Support the firm's M&A program including developing and maintaining the acquisition target company database, assessing target attractiveness & fit, tracking and reporting on program activities, and preparing company presentations.
