Preparation and analysis of the quarterly and annual tax provision, including effective tax rate reconciliations, roll forward and analysis of tax receivable, taxes payable, deferred tax accounts, and FIN 48 analysis and reporting. Manage preparation of timely and accurate federal, state and local income tax returns, including preparation of estimated payments and claims for tax refunds, for each taxable entity of the Company. Manage compliance with international filing requirements. Prepare tax disclosures for SEC filings.
