NAFTA Tax Lead in the financial and tax evaluation of potential acquisition targets, with particular emphasis on Global Tax structuring and thin capitalization (163J), Global Transfer Pricing policies, Cross border tax planning, U.S. international tax planning and Treaty analysis. Work with outside advisors as necessary. Also: Assist Director in monitoring and managing the tax structuring and modeling for internal financing activities and other cross-border planning.
