Manages all aspects of the Company's federal and state tax administration and compliance including: preparing and E-filing Federal and State tax returns, managing Federal and State tax audits, preparing all quarterly estimated income and franchise tax payments as well as extensions. Assists with the preparation and calculation of US international reporting requirements for the Company's controlled foreign corporations such as calculating current earnings and profits, subpart F inclusions, and foreign tax credits.
