The Vice President of Finance will be responsible for the financial reporting, forecasting and treasury functions including leading the annual budgeting process for this government contracting organization. He/she will have strong experience in a publically owned company, personally managed public filings, mergers and acquisitions, SOX compliance, cash management, insurance, risk management and compliance. You must be accustomed to interacting directly with leadership team members on a variety of topics; provide guidance to divisional finance directors and be the primary lead on analytics of monthly, quarterly and annual financials.
