Evaluate new transactions (including energy and utilities, project finance, leveraged loans and asset-based lending) from a credit perspective. Perform written annual and quarterly credit analysis for a diverse portfolio of structured loans. Heavy cash flow modeling and sensitivity analysis for all portfolio credits. Monitor portfolio with a "proactive" approach to credit developments.
