Administers the Credit and Collection function in compliance with Corporate and Publishing Group policies to include credit-checking, order approval/disapproval, collections and other functions related thereto. Provides excellent external customer service to advertising agencies and direct accounts by developing close relationships. Provides excellent internal customer service by working closely with Sales and Financial personnel.
