Senior Managers are also responsible for the development and motivation of DTIA consultants and engagement staff and provide the staff with leadership, counseling and career guidance. They have proven, extensive technical expertise and have developed their reputation within the investment consulting profession. Senior Managers also review the work of other DTIA consultants as a quality control check and to train consultants on how to best serve and advise clients.
