As our Debt Director, you will assist the CFO and work alongside our asset management teams and M&A advisory colleagues in delivering new acquisitions and material projects. You will be our expert on the financing of its underlying investments. Review, and assist the management teams and asset executives, develop and implement financing and refinancing strategies. Work with the broader transaction teams on new acquisitions to devise appropriate financing plans and secure the most appropriate financing from external debt providers.
