Deliver on the competency attributes of a people manager in setting vision and direction, engaging with staff and colleagues on issues and driving execution. Direct the development and maintenance of operational accounting policies in compliance with company accounting policies. Participate in the monthly production of hedge accounting results ensuring that monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting is accurately stated according to internal and external reporting requirements. Be able to communicate and articulate those results to senior management on a monthly basis.
