Leads the Debt and Derivatives controllership within Accounting Operations with critical links to the Capital Markets division, Capital Markets technology, Accounting Policy and Financial Reporting. The Director is responsible for daily and monthly accounting operations; SEC, OFHEO, and other external and internal reporting; developing and rolling out accounting processes and procedures for new products that are introduced by the Capital Markets division; and various system implementation relating to Debt and Derivatives accounting operations.
