Directs the coordination and administration of all financial business plans / Budget/Trend and Three Year Plan. Responsible for associated presentations to senior management. Responsible for the preparation, analysis and transmission of divisional finance reports, i.e. budgets, balance sheets, budget spreads, P&L statements and product category growth. Manages cost control and conducts budget meetings with departmental managers.
