The Director, Mutual Fund Taxation oversees the preparation of the mutual fund tax returns. Oversees compliance with diversification, distribution and other qualification requirements for regulated investment companies. Prepares distribution recommendations that correspond to each funds' investment strategy, while at the same time making sure the funds are complying with IRS distribution requirements.
