Will manage all BPA activities of the Business Unit on a global basis, with overall responsibility in helping setting targets, analyzing performance, proposing corrective actions, preventing unforeseen hurdles and helping to actively to manage risk-benefit of key initiatives. Supporting and challenging business functions in an active, transparent and constructive way, he or she will help improve overall value generation in the short and long-term.
